Adam Lambert ~ Adampunzel
61The wicked enchantress had won the right to raise young Adam as her own. His parents were beside themselves. Nothing could placate them; they buried themselves in their music, and hoped and waited for his swift return.
The cruel sorceress wouldn’t look after poor Adam. She didn’t feed him well, she forbade him his beloved music, and forced him to stay locked up in the castle tower, way up high, with no doors, never to see or sing to another soul forever. He was left there, feeling so empty… he was tired of wearing the hose and leg o mutton sleeves, he felt the urge to change out into black leather pants, and sparkly black shoulders every now and then….
Adampunzel had to let down his long, vibrant blue streaks, in order for the enchantress to bring him food. She approached the tower, and called out ‘Adampunzel, Adampunzel, let down your streaks.’ Adampunzel murmured a few choice words to himself; then walked over to the window, wound his gorgeous long, blue streaks onto the hook near the open stone window, and flayed them down to her….
The evil enchantress squealed with glee. She rushed over to Adam’s train of vibrant blue streaks and started shimmying up them. He valiantly held her burgeoning weight with all the strength he could muster.
He helped her climb through the open stone window, and repositioned his personage; the long, blue streaks recoiling back to normal again. His pet cobra looked on with distaste. Here was that wretch who had tried to make a purse out of him, returning with that slop for them to eat…..He slithered away, hiding under the long wooden bench, hoping that she hadn’t espied him yet…….
Adampunzel moved back slightly. He knew she was enamored with him. She had kept him there for many years by now, and he had blossomed into a tall, dark, and very handsome man.
She espied him with interest; she thought he was hers for the taking…..She hadn’t heard him sing though… He had been so forlorn, that he had lost his singing voice. She took the hash over to him on the wooden salver……
He looked over her offerings with little interest. All he wanted to do was sing again, and he had lost his voice so long ago. The evil enchantress looked him over, and decided to leave; he wasn’t in an approachable mood right now. She summoned him over to the window, and asked him to release his blue streaks again, so that she could return to the main part of the castle. He obliged, and gently tossed them out for her. He sat in the window listlessly, as she left in the darkness to retire for the evening….
The forlorn Adampunzel must have been there for a few hours, when suddenly, a gentle, sweet damsel appeared from nowhere. She saw the electric blue streaks beckoning to her, and ambled over to them. They were very long. She couldn’t see into the tower, it was so high up. She hesitated for a few minutes… and then decided to work her way up his long, glistening tresses…..
He felt her pulling on him……
….and he liked it….
She carefully wound herself up along his long, blue streaks, eyeing her way to the stone window. He carefully helped her inside when she reached him, and gently lifted her lissome form down to the stone floor with his strong arms….
Their eyes locked together. He couldn’t believe how beautiful she was. She looked up and into eyes. His eyes were magnetizing. She had never seen such a handsome man. He bent down to hold her close to him, and put his arms around her tiny waist… Alas, she had other ideas.
She masterfully deflected his advances, and swirled around in her gossamer gown, creating a floating fabric wake around her. He was mesmerized. She simply wasn’t like the other damsels that he knew from his own small hamlet, high in the hills. She stood perched near the high stone window, the sun falling on her long blond shimmering curls.
He slowly moved towards her, and took her hand, kissing the top of her fingers so lightly, that she barely felt it. She decided to distract him. She started to dance, slowly at first. He watched her rhythmic movements in awe, his eyes transfixed to this vision of loveliness, unable to break away.
Eventually, she moved a little closer to him, and he welcomed her with an appreciative smile. She put her arm around his waist, and smiled in return. He moved his head down to be closer to hers; she could vaguely smell his alluring cologne, so inviting….
She looked into his eyes again, they revealed all. He was unable to hide his mounting appreciation of her. She cast her eyes over his thick, dark hair. How different it looked from the other knights, somehow glossy and rich, with its spikes and bangs, and the alarming shock of blue.
Her eyes gazed at his broad chest and shoulders, which captivated her. They were perfect for her needs. She slowly placed her left hand up on his shoulder, and the other suddenly cupped his chin. He was taken by surprise, and let out a short gasp. He knew just what she was going to do; she had made this tactical, empowering move before.
He spun her around so fast that she was in orbit. He masterfully took over her lead. Her head was dizzy with excitement. His masculine form commanding, she followed his powerful moves with her own, softer variations. They were intertwined for eons, slithering around each other’s bodies like serpents, until, exhausted, they fell to the floor as one.
They recovered after a short spell, and Adampunzel gazed into the damsels eyes lovingly…he picked her up, and effortlessly took her over to the stone window, overlooking the beautiful valley.
She looked into his amazing, expressive eyes, then at his soft, full lips, and waited for their usual response. She was not disappointed. He said, “Thanks for the dance lesson, see you next week?” She smiled knowingly, as he unfurled his blue streaks and she gently glided down to the soft green grass below.
The End
