6. Sure Fire Winners - Written by David Gamson, Alexander James, Oliver Leiber. Produced by Rob Cavallo
An electro-pop, dance track, providing a great vibe, with a strong beat and chorus. It's a modern, inspirational salute to Rock, sex, confidence and victory. Adam displays incredible attention to lyric enunciation whilst delivering a really fun , energetic, contemporary song.
7. A Loaded Smile - Written by Linda Perry. Produced by Linda Perry
Using a gentle, soft approach, Adam throws his focus on his Yin side. The unusual, Ethereal, floaty lyrics are technically challenging, yet Adam masters them with aplomb. A reflective, melancholy ballad about indecisiveness, of whether a relationship will survive. Linda Perry's instrumentals add to the mix beautifully.
8. If I Had You - Written by Max Martin, Shellback, Savan Kotecha. Produced by Max Martin & Shellback
This pop Glam dance song has distinct singing, instrumental, and tempo styles, with great percussion. Adam delivers a positive, energetic song, which is guaranteed to bring a smile. He uses a lot of his range, embellished with an edgy vocal stutter. A song about connection and love being more important than glamor, excess and fame.
9. Pick U Up - Written by Rivers Cuomo, Greg Wells, Adam Lambert.
Adam climbs a vocal staircase to the heavens, showing amazing vocal maturity and control. Adam has gifted a vocal banquet which will leave you breathless. An addictive, sassy, highly-charged song about frustration, sexuality, and the opportunity for two people to get together for some fun. Musically, its unrelenting pace, captivating instrumentals, incredible chorus and a few French lyrics will slay you. Paul McCartney's guitarist, Brian Ray's funky chords are a perfect foil to an amazing song.
11. Sleepwalker - Written by Ryan Tedder, Aimee Mayo, Chris Lindsey. Produced by Ryan Tedder
Nice musical introduction. Adam sings the lyrics in a hauntingly beautiful, way. The song conveys the awkward void that you live when lost, after a relationship has ended. This song is upswept with incredible guitar riffs by Orianthi, and strong instrumentals and vocals by Tedder.
12. Aftermath - Written by Adam Lambert, Alisan Porter, Ferras, Ely Rise. Produced by Howard Benson
Inspirational lyrics, combined with a catchy melody, and layered instrumentals, make this poignant song shine beautifully. Exceptional back-up vocals harmonize with Adam's lower key perfectly. A wonderful song of hope and love.
13. Broken Open - Written by Greg Wells, Adam Lambert, Evan Kidd Bogart. Produced by Greg Wells
A thought provoking, reflective song, showcasing Adam's clear, pure vocals with a slow tempo. This is a musical window into the vulnerabilities of love, and Adam's offering of his soul as the perfect haven. It's a hybrid of electro and spacey overtones, with percussion and synths sharing the limelight perfectly.
14. Time For Miracles - Written by Alain Johannes, Natasha Shneider. Produced by Rob Cavallo
An exceptionally beautiful song; a declaration of love, promise, and hope, like no other. The chorus provides the vows, and the verses, the unrequited love. Adam's vocal prowess is phenomenal, with amazing crescendos, whilst the orchestral arrangement is simply stunning. This is the perfect Miracle song.
15. Master Plan - Bonus iTunes Track
A tribute to living your life the modern way. Accept us as we are; there's room for all. It's The Universe's plan. This song is very different in its approach. Its catchy chant and heavier vocals make a great social war-cry, with Adam delivering awesome Queen-style vocals towards the end.
16. Down The Rabbit Hole - Bonus iTunes Track - Written by Adam Lambert and Evan Kidd Bogart
(Adam hasn't disclosed or defined the lyrics, so it is subjective to personal insights)
An acidly ambiguous, non-sensical, and highly sexual song, chock-full of double-entendres, with a few moans thrown in for good measure. This song smacks of consensual male sex, focussing on clubs and undisclosed male body parts in all their guises. The strong psychedelic-electro-pop sound, with its racy dance vibe, is both eclectic and electric. It's a lot of fun, and is best served very loud.
